By using WillItBlender — the website, studio agent, MCP server or ChatGPT plugin — you agree to these terms.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you create. By making an asset public you let anyone view, download and remix it. Don't upload or request content you don't have rights to, or that is illegal, hateful or sexual.

Plans and limits

Free accounts have limited builds. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions with monthly limits, billed in advance and cancelable any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service, try to get around limits, or use the Blender machines for anything other than building 3D assets.

No warranty

Assets are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. The service is provided as is, without guarantees, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
